TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • we will give you one free one-hour pre-booked activity session during your stay when you book a residential experience with us if your group have not stayed with us in the last six years – you can choose one from Powerfan, Archery, Air Rifle Shooting, Tomahawk Throwing, Air Pistol Shooting, Auto-Belay Rock Climbing, Traditional Climbing, Abseiling, Bouldering, Cavebus, Low Team Challenges, Medium Team Challenges, Teambuilding & Initiative Challenges, Fencing, Bubbleball, Bushcraft, the Games Room or Skittles
  • our one-hour activity sessions can accommodate up to 12 participants – if you have more than the maximum number of participants you can book additional time – see the price guide for session costs
  • height, weight and other restrictions apply to certain activities – check the relevant activity page for further information
  • this free activity session must be pre-booked in advance of your stay –
    we usually need seven days notice for instructor-led activity sessions
  • this offer can only be used once by each group and cannot be used by more than one part of the same group, for example, if the 1st Anytown Cubs use this offer, the 1st Anytown Scouts cannot as the Scout Group, the 1st Anytown, have already taken advantage of this offer
  • this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer
  • this promotional offer can be withdrawn at any time

  • we will not charge camp fees for up to 10 Scout Association or Girlguiding adult Leaders who are staying with us as part of any camp planning visit, whether your group have booked to stay with us in the future or not, for up to two nights
  • any additional campers or any additional nights will be charged at our standard rates
  • all members of your party must hold an up to date Scout Association or Girlguiding DBS
  • this offer can only be used once by each group
